TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

1. In the past, we have experienced problems with package handling and delivery, as well as legal and financial issues due to the operation of our business. In an effort to resolve these problems, we have obtained a Certificate of Insurance (COI).

2. As of January 1, 2020, Pure THC Vape Australia has a policy of not shipping orders without insurance. The cannabis industry is evolving. Reputable businesses will maintain insurance to protect their interests and that of their customers. Insurance is critical to the longevity of a business.

3. By completing the purchase on our site, you agreed to the terms and conditions, thus authorizing us to process your order. All orders are held until a (COI) is provided. The (COI) is refundable and is charged per order. The cost of the COI is not reimbursed, however the paperwork will be completed to release the goods to the customer. The customer will receive $250 and the package.

How does the package insurance resolve issues with shipment losses?

-With package insurance, we protect our customers’ interests by ensuring that we provide them with the means to recover their money in the event cargo is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment. It is our responsibility and obligation to protect our customers from losses.

-There are customs rules to protect consumers. Sometimes, law enforcement will seize packages. If your package is seized, we will either reship your package for free or refund your order.

-Purchasing from us protects customers from financial penalties. Many customers, when arrested with our products, have had to incur financial penalties and other costs. We bear the cost of any financial penalties and/or legal defense costs. This is to assure you of safe and secure purchase and delivery of our products.

4. What refund options are there? The COI form has a refund section. Once we issue the COI form to you, we will fill in the details on how you want us to process the AUD $250 refund. For a refund through a bank transfer, provide us with your bank account details.

5. How is the COI form processed? If you are making a purchase from us for the first time, provide us with your bank account details to set aside AUD $260 to process the payment for the COI form and make the payment of AUD $260. Upon receipt of the payment, we will process your COI form.

If you have made purchases from us in the past, you do not need to pay the AUD $260 insurance fee again. The COI form issued to you for the first purchase protects your future purchases from Pure THC Vape Australia.
